Powers

Muraki has a wide range of strange, powerful, and increasingly vague powers. That said, a lot of the particular details of how these work fall to headcanon, so here is a slightly extended version of the powers section of his app, that will give you some idea how I plan to treat them in game.( Nothing here makes any sense )
